Wymagania

  • At least 5 years of experience managing IT projects within the financial services industry
  • Experience leading end-to-end IT initiatives and projects including managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, escalations, and stakeholders
  • Delivered measurable business value through IT projects with specific examples of results, crisis management, and innovative solutions
  • Capability in managing projects using Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project
  • Experience supporting pre-sales activities collaboratively with Sales teams
  • Strong communication, organizational, and team management skills
  • Ability to analyze risks and make decisions effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • High level of autonomy, ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering agreed outcomes
  • Ability to communicate in English at a minimum B2 level

Nice to have:

  • PMI, PRINCE2, and/or AgilePM certifications

Obowiązki

  • Build and maintain strategic client relationships by understanding the client’s business context, identifying new needs and initiatives, managing expectations and escalations, and ensuring the delivery of tangible business value
  • Manage IT projects end-to-end, from concept and analysis through implementation, deployment, and ongoing solution development
  • Support the sales process by preparing proposals, solution concepts, and project estimates
  • Bridge clients’ business needs with the team’s technical capabilities through discovery sessions, workshops, and translating requirements into project scope and deliverables
  • Be accountable for the financial performance of projects and/or a portfolio of projects
  • Implement and enhance best practices within the software development lifecycle to ensure high-quality delivery and team efficiency
  • Take overall responsibility for IT team management including motivating employees, supporting competency development, career path planning, performance and competency reviews, recommending promotions and salary increases
  • Participate in recruitment activities and manage team resource allocation and task assignments
