Senior HR Program Specialist

Comarch is transforming IT systems with a team dedicated to People, HR Operations & Transformation. This role supports organizational changes by designing HR processes and overseeing planning and implementation of HR tools to enhance business efficiency.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR transformation project execution
• Experience implementing Human Capital Management (HCM) and Polish payroll programs and managing technical projects in HR
• Practical understanding of People & Culture processes including Total Rewards, HR Operations, Recruitment, Learning & Development
• Knowledge of HR processes and policies with risk assessment of changes
• Proficiency working with HR data and KPI monitoring tools like Excel
• Strong analytical skills including business case development and measuring program impact (ROI, retention, process efficiency)
• Effective communication skills for stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Proactive risk identification and solution proposal
• Very good command of English language

• Manage a portfolio of projects including HR processes, benefits, motivation systems, and payroll policies ensuring synergy across initiatives
• Responsible for introduction, development, and maintenance of HCM systems
• Collaborate closely with internal IT and external suppliers to ensure smooth integrations and deployments
• Design and implement changes in HR policies and processes focusing on employee experience and process simplification
• Manage change by developing communication and education plans for management and employees
• Regularly report portfolio status, identify risks, and escalate blockers to sponsors and leadership
• Continuously improve HR tools to enhance employee experience
• Build relationships with project teams, IT, finance, and management to map business needs
