The Mid-Market sales team manages mid-sized and Enterprise customers in the Nordics, aiming to maximize customer success and revenue growth. The role reports to the Mid-Market Sales Manager, Nordics.
Wymagania
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) is a strong advantage.
- Experience working with Nordic markets.
- 5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience in a closing role.
- Experience in Enterprise software sales, driving transformational deals.
- Proven experience growing Mid-Enterprise accounts through cross-sell and upsell across multiple SKU and platform solutions.
- Experience creating alignment and orchestrating internal account teams.
- Experience working in a co-sell motion with a channel of solution partners.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Ability to contribute positively to overall team culture.
Obowiązki
- Develop and implement named Account and Territory plans to maximize expansion opportunities and customer success.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the mid-market segment.
- Prospect and qualify leads within the defined mid-market customer segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market clients, understanding their business needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value propositions.
- Collaborate with Channel Partners, Product Specialists, Account Managers, and Solution Engineers to streamline sales processes.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities in the mid-market segment.
- Travel occasionally to meet clients and attend industry events and gatherings as required.

- Employment contract with annual gross salary range for Poland: 151,200 - 197,400 PLN.
