Wymagania
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with significant depth in Go for production backend services.
- Proven experience with high-throughput, data-intensive or event-driven systems including pipelines, streaming/ingestion, queues, and real-time APIs.
- Strong understanding of concurrency, reliability, and performance trade-offs.
- Solid knowledge of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL, and data modeling.
- Experience across the full software development lifecycle from problem framing to production monitoring.
- Proficiency with cloud environments, especially AWS, and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving.
- Clear communication and focus on outcomes.
- Strong command of English language (spoken and written).
Nice to have:
- Experience integrating third-party data feeds with challenges like rate limits and schema drift.
- Familiarity with aviation or travel domains.
- Experience with observability and SLO-driven operations for critical services.
Obowiązki
- Design, build, and scale Go services that ingest flight data from heterogeneous external providers, reconcile conflicting signals, and serve normalized data.
- Own performance, correctness, and uptime of Flight Data Systems.
- Lead platform modernization and optimization initiatives and influence architectural decisions across teams.
- Ship production-ready code daily with a strong testing discipline.
- Improve developer velocity by contributing to shared tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
- Mentor peers through code reviews, design discussions, testing discipline, and documentation.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to frame problems, identify risks, and translate ambiguous requirements into maintainable systems.
