Wymagania
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with significant depth in Go backend development.
- Experience designing and operating high-throughput, data-intensive, or event-driven systems including pipelines, streaming/ingestion, and real-time APIs.
- Strong knowledge of concurrency, reliability, and performance trade-offs.
- Solid understanding of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL, and data modeling.
- Experience working across the full software development lifecycle.
- Experience with cloud environments, especially AWS, and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ownership mindset and proactive problem solving.
- Strong English communication skills.
Bonus points for:
- Experience integrating third-party data feeds with challenges like rate limits and schema drift.
- Familiarity with the aviation or travel domain.
- Experience with observability and SLO-driven operations.
Obowiązki
- Design, build, and scale Go services that ingest flight data from heterogeneous external providers and serve normalized data.
- Own performance, correctness, and uptime of Flight Data Systems.
- Lead modernization and optimization initiatives across platform services.
- Ship production-ready code daily with strong testing discipline.
- Improve developer velocity through contributions to shared tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
- Mentor peers and improve engineering standards via code reviews, design discussions, and documentation.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to frame problems and translate ambiguous data requirements into maintainable systems.
