Senior Java Developer

Primaris Services is a company with over 250 experts and 15 years of experience in the IT industry in Poland and abroad. The company delivers complex projects across various sectors including banking, insurance, healthcare, robotics, energy, and media, currently serving over 40 active clients. Their activities include building systems from scratch, developing and maintaining them, product implementations, and providing both team allocations and individual experts to clients. Primaris is also a gold partner of UiPath, focusing on Robotic Process Automation, building robots, and selling licenses to clients.

• Minimum 8 years of commercial experience programming in Java using Spring Boot
• At least 1 year of practical experience with projects using Large Language Models (LLM) and AI solutions
• Experience with Spring AI or Lang Chain frameworks and integration of LLM models via API
• Knowledge of agent architectures and patterns such as ReAct, MCP, and frameworks for AI agents orchestration
• Practical knowledge of AI-SDLC supporting tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Copilot Extensions, or similar
• Communicative level of English (minimum B2)

• Develop solutions based on AI to support software development processes in a banking context
• Implement tools to automate and optimize the AI Software Development Life Cycle (AI-SDLC)
• Build agent-based systems supporting development teams
• Integrate LLM solutions with existing system architecture
• Collaborate with multiple product teams
• Develop organizational standards for AI use in software development
• Ensure efficiency, quality, and security improvements in the software development process
