Senior PAM Specialist

BTC Group is expanding the solution around CyberArk product as the central component of BTC portfolio to support customers in identity management.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Systems or IT security-related functions.
• Solid understanding of network and computer security.
• Practical experience in password management, preferably with CyberArk or comparable Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, with relevant certifications.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux system landscapes, including security and permission management.
• Experience with Ansible and/or scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, and/or Python.
• Strong support and service expertise with in-depth knowledge of application support according to ITIL and extensive troubleshooting experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative and team-focused.
• English or German language skills at least at C1 level.

• Responsible for the end-to-end operation of the enterprise password management platform, including maintenance, support, and patch and lifecycle management.
• Ensure and analyze stable and safe operation; fix complex disruptions in 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Support internal specialist areas and external customers, e.g., from the energy industry, with questions relating to privileged access management.
• Implement and monitor IT security policies, perform vulnerability analysis, ensure compliance with password policies, and enforce relevant security standards.
• Actively work on further development and optimization of the CyberArk service solution and support the strategic expansion of the service portfolio.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
