Customer Success Manager (SAP)

BPX S.A. is a company operating in the ERP domain, with an office located in Wrocław. The role involves collaboration with experienced SAP experts and engagement with major clients executing strategic digital transformation projects.

• Several years of experience in the SAP environment.
• Experience building and developing B2B client relationships.
• Ability to conduct business talks with decision-makers and identify client needs.
• Very good knowledge of the SAP services market and business processes.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams.
• Highly developed communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Very good command of the English language.

Nice to have:

• Experience as Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Practice Manager in SAP.
• Experience as Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or SAP services sales team leader.
• Experience managing teams or delivery areas.
• Previous experience as SAP FI/CO consultant or in finance fields, later developed toward managerial or architectural roles.

• Building and developing long-term relationships with key BPX clients.
• Acting as a trusted business partner at operational and strategic levels.
• Regular meetings with clients to identify needs and support cooperation growth.
• Seeking opportunities to expand the scope of services provided.
• Collaborating with sales teams, solution architects, project managers, and SAP consultants to deliver high-quality services.
• Monitoring client satisfaction and initiating actions to increase cooperation value.
• Coordinating client service actions and supporting resolution of escalation situations.
• Representing BPX at business meetings and building long-term client trust.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
