Data Science Senior Specialist

AMPLUS is seeking an experienced Data Science Specialist to design and implement advanced analytical models and algorithms supporting key business processes in production, finance, supply chain, and business analytics.

• Higher education (preferably in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or Data Science)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Science
• Very good knowledge of Python
• Experience with Machine Learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost)
• Very good knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of statistical methods and predictive models
• Experience working with large datasets
• Ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions
• Communicative knowledge of English

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of BI tools
• Knowledge of Big Data environments
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Industry 4.0 processes

• Design, develop, and implement Data Science models supporting business processes
• Build predictive, optimization algorithms and machine learning models
• Analyze large datasets from internal systems and other sources
• Develop solutions supporting production, inventory management, cost optimization, quality control, predictive maintenance, profitability analysis, forecasting, and anomaly detection
• Collaborate with business process owners to identify automation opportunities
• Select appropriate statistical methods and Machine Learning models
• Monitor and continuously improve model quality
• Document solutions and share knowledge within the organization
