Join Intellias and become part of a global digital marketing transformation for one of the world's leading agricultural innovation companies. The role leads the creative vision of a newly established Global Creative Factory—an in-house agency delivering campaigns, digital experiences, video, branding, and creative assets across more than 90 international markets.
Wymagania
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or Senior Art Director within an in-house agency, creative studio, or integrated marketing environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, key visuals, branding, and experience in at least one of the following: Video, UI/UX, Brand Identity.
- Experience working in B2B, pharma, or other highly regulated industries.
- Hands-on experience with: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Practical use of generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to inspire creative teams.
Nice to have:
- Experience supporting global or multi-market brands.
- Additional European language.
- Experience in agriculture, life sciences, or sustainability-related industries.
Obowiązki
Creative Leadership:
- Define and maintain the creative vision and quality standards across all projects.
- Lead concept development, art direction, and creative reviews for campaigns, digital assets, video, UI/UX, and branding.
- Ensure creative excellence while maintaining consistency across global markets.
- Champion innovative ideas that strengthen the company's global brand presence.
Team Collaboration:
- Guide and mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, video editors, UI/UX specialists, and developers.
- Foster a collaborative culture focused on creativity, continuous learning, and high-quality delivery.
- Work closely with Creative Strategy and Operations teams to balance creative excellence with business priorities.
Stakeholder Partnership:
- Present and defend creative concepts to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams and regional business units to understand campaign goals and audience needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with external creative agencies when required.
AI & Innovation:
- Drive the adoption of AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and similar solutions.
- Integrate generative AI into creative processes to improve speed, quality, and ideation.
- Stay up to date with emerging creative technologies and promote innovation across the team.
