Flutter Developer

• At least 5 years experience in mobile app development, including 3 years commercial experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Strong knowledge of Flutter Framework and Dart language.
• Understanding of widget lifecycle and rendering mechanisms in Flutter.
• Experience developing apps for Android and iOS from a single codebase.
• Proficient in asynchronous programming (async/await, Streams, Isolates).
• Experience with architectures like Clean Architecture, MVVM, BLoC, Cubit, or Provider.
• Ability to design modular and scalable applications.
• Familiarity with Dependency Injection.
• Practical experience integrating REST APIs.
• Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, cache mechanisms, retry logic, and error handling.
• Experience with JSON serialization.
• Skills in app performance optimization.
• Experience with Flutter DevTools and error monitoring tools.
• Practical testing experience with Unit, Widget, and Integration Tests.
• Familiar with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bitrise, or Jenkins.
• Experience with Platform Channels, Secure Storage, Deep Linking, Push Notifications, and Background Tasks.
• Good understanding of mobile app security principles.
• Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate with product and UX teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience in IoT or Smart Home projects.
• Knowledge of Bluetooth communication.
• Experience with Feature Flags or Remote Config.
• Familiarity with Firebase Crashlytics and Azure DevOps.

• Design and develop a mobile application in Flutter for Android and iOS.
• Create scalable app architecture and maintain high code quality.
• Integrate with REST API and implement authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT).
• Implement communication with IoT devices and handle data synchronization.
• Optimize app performance, startup time, and memory usage.
• Develop and maintain unit, widget, and integration tests.
• Implement native functionalities using Platform Channels.
• Collaborate with Backend, UX/UI teams, and Product Owners.
• Participate in code reviews, define coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Deliver features from design through deployment.
