Embedded Linux C++ Developer

EBS Ink-Jet Systems Poland develops industrial embedded Ink-Jet printers designed and manufactured in Wrocław. The role involves working with software, electronics, mechanics, and debugging on target hardware within a small team.

• Good knowledge of C++
• Familiarity with Git
• Ability to read technical documentation in English
• Communicative English skills
• Ability to work with existing code
• Independence in analyzing and solving problems

Nice to have:

• Practical knowledge of creating UI in Qt/QML
• Experience working with Yocto
• Programming skills in Python
• Experience with embedded Linux
• Knowledge of automated tests
• Familiarity with industrial protocols
• Experience with FreeRTOS or Zephyr
• Experience with industrial devices
• Ability to analyze software/hardware problems

• Develop software in C++ for embedded devices
• Create new programs and modules from scratch
• Improve and maintain existing code
• Debug issues directly on devices
• Create auxiliary tools using Python, Bash, or Go
• Collaborate with electronics, mechanics, and service teams
• Enhance quality, stability, and maintainability of existing solutions
• Create and update technical documentation
