Business Analyst – Data Handling & Harmonization

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support large-scale data handling and harmonization initiatives within a regulatory reporting environment. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to define data structures, document data lineage, analyze ETL processes, and support the delivery of high-quality reporting solutions.

• 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience working with large datasets
• Experience with relational databases such as Snowflake, Oracle, or Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience documenting data structures, metadata, and ETL processes
• Understanding of data lineage and end-to-end data flows
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Good knowledge of accounting and balance sheet structures
• Understanding of regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., CRR, BCBS239)
• Experience delivering reporting or BI solutions
• Experience working with Jira
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent English

• Experience with reporting platforms and calculation engines
• Experience with BI tools
• Experience using AI tools to improve analytical work and productivity
• Banking or financial services background
