Platform Specialist

RTB House is a next-generation performance demand-side platform (DSP) that uses proprietary Deep Learning AI algorithms to help brands grow. Founded in 2012, operating in 90+ markets, RTB House offers end-to-end Deep Learning-powered AdTech products and solutions to maximize conversion, drive new customer acquisition, create engagement, and fuel long-term demand for a global base of clients.

• 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, ad tech operations, or SSP/DSP partnerships.
• Experience managing external relationships across technical and commercial domains.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SQL or similar querying tools; proficiency is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of programmatic infrastructure including SSPs, Prebid, auction mechanics, and oRTB bid request/response formats.
• Effective communication skills to work cross-functionally across technical, business, and partner-facing teams.
• Self-starter comfortable operating in a remote environment and collaborating with distributed teams.

• Monitor and troubleshoot SSP integrations, resolve technical issues, and analyze data using querying tools (e.g. SQL) to identify trends or anomalies.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure platform stability and performance.
• Manage communication with SSP partners, respond to operational requests, and prepare insights for partner reviews.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
• Support evaluation and onboarding of new partners, assess inventory quality, monitor for duplication, and maintain supply configuration records.
• Ensure partner adherence to privacy regulations and internal brand safety standards, monitor restricted verticals.
• Assist with invoice validation, revenue reconciliation, and investigation of billing discrepancies through data analysis and coordination.
