Flutter Developer

Antal is a leading recruitment and HR advisory company operating since 1996 in Poland and expanding in the CEE region with around 150 professionals. They offer specialist and executive recruitment, employee outsourcing, HR consulting, employer branding, and market research services.

• Minimum 5 years of mobile app development experience with at least 3 years commercial experience in Flutter and Dart.
• Strong knowledge of Flutter Framework, widget lifecycle, and rendering mechanisms.
• Experience in building Android and iOS apps from a single codebase.
• Proficient asynchronous programming skills (async/await, Streams, Isolates).
• Experience with Clean Architecture, MVVM, BLoC, Cubit, or Provider.
• Skills in designing modular and scalable applications.
• Experience with Dependency Injection.
• Practical knowledge of REST API integration.
• Familiarity with OAuth2, JWT, cache, retry, and error handling mechanisms.
• Experience with JSON serialization.
• Ability to optimize app performance.
• Experience with Flutter DevTools and error monitoring tools.
• Practical experience in testing (Unit, Widget, Integration tests).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bitrise, or Jenkins.
• Experience with Platform Channels, Secure Storage, Deep Linking, Push Notifications, and Background Tasks.
• Good understanding of mobile app security principles.
• Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate with product and UX teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience in IoT or Smart Home projects.
• Knowledge of Bluetooth communication.
• Experience with Feature Flags or Remote Config.
• Familiarity with Firebase Crashlytics and Azure DevOps.

• Designing and developing mobile app using Flutter for Android and iOS.
• Creating scalable app architecture and maintaining high code quality.
• Integrating with REST API and implementing authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT).
• Implementing communication with IoT devices and data synchronization.
• Optimizing app performance, startup time, and memory usage.
• Creating and maintaining unit, widget, and integration tests.
• Implementing native functionalities using Platform Channels.
• Collaborating with Backend, UX/UI teams, and Product Owners.
• Participating in code reviews, defining coding standards, and mentoring junior developers.
• Delivering functionalities from design to deployment.
