Wymagania
- Experience in engineering, particularly in automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, energy utility, or life sciences industries
- Experience managing complex transformation projects in an engineering environment
- Degree in engineering, IT, natural sciences, or related field
- Comprehensive knowledge of product development and core processes
- Experience in strategy and organizational development within engineering
- Consulting experience in designing, optimizing, and implementing product development processes
- Ability to identify and drive measurable cost reduction across product lifecycle
- Knowledge of (Model Based) Systems Engineering and Process Modeling description languages such as SysML and BPMN
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent English and solid German language skills
Obowiązki
- Advise customers on engineering transformation including strategy, processes, methods, and change management
- Develop strategy and transformation plans for product lifecycle management (PLM/PDM), optimizing processes, and implementing complex digital transformation projects
- Support clients in utilizing (Model Based) Systems Engineering and share industry best practices
- Adapt selected tools to cover defined processes and methodologies and create demonstrators to visualize tool usage
- Enable digital continuity, digital twin, and connected value chain
- Facilitate cross-functional engineering collaboration between sales, manufacturing, and procurement
- Initiate cost efficiency and cost reduction projects across engineering and R&D processes
