Wymagania
- Practical project experience in engineering within automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, energy utility, or life sciences.
- Initial project management experience in complex transformation projects in engineering.
- Degree in engineering, IT, natural sciences or a related field.
- Knowledge of product development core processes.
- Initial experience in strategy and organizational development in engineering.
- (Consulting) experience in designing, optimizing, and implementing product development processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of engineering IT and virtual product development.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) topics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent English and solid German language skills.
Obowiązki
- Advise customers on engineering transformation including strategy, processes, methods, and change management.
- Provide strategy and transformation consulting on product lifecycle management (PLM/PDM) and digital continuity including digital twin.
- Support software and systems engineering, design, simulation, and verification.
- Facilitate cross-functional engineering collaboration across R&D, manufacturing, sales, and procurement.
- Drive cost efficiency and cost reduction initiatives across engineering and R&D processes.
