IT Delivery Manager

Next Technology Professionals is a recruitment agency operating since 2015, supporting clients in recruiting specialists in IT, engineering, and finance, with over 700 successful recruitment processes completed. They offer services including permanent recruitment, IT outsourcing, executive search, team building, external labor (B2B services), a branch in Poland, and Virtual Recruitment Assistant (VRA).

• Approximately 7-9 years of IT industry experience, including at least 3-4 years in a managerial role directly related to delivery, implementation management, or technology operations.
• Practical, high-level understanding of technologies related to business systems (CRM/CC), cloud, API integration, and process automation (AI), without necessarily being a hands-on specialist.
• Experience effectively leading, developing, and stabilizing technical structures with over 10 people.
• Highly developed leadership skills, interpersonal abilities, and change management capabilities.
• Higher education, preferably in technical, economic, or management fields.
• High independence, decisiveness, and focus on business and operational goals.

Nice to have:

• 4 years of experience in a similar position.
• Polish and English language proficiency.

• Supervise timely, quality, and profitable execution of implementation projects with assigned Project Managers.
• Comprehensive operational management of delivery, infrastructure, and technical support (Service Desk).
• Make key decisions regarding technology and oversee cloud environment optimization strategy (private vs public cloud).
• Build, stabilize, and motivate the engineering and project teams.
• Collaborate with Management Board on planning, standardization, and implementation of operational and technological company objectives.
• Provide substantive support to business departments during advanced pre-implementation analyses for key clients.
