AI Platform Owner

Craftware is a technology company with over 500 employees specializing in complex IT implementations for large organizations, ranging from sales systems and automation to data platforms and AI. They build end-to-end projects requiring reliability, security, and scalability. Craftware is a partner of Salesforce, Veeva, UiPath, and Databricks. They are developing an AI framework called SoI (System of Intelligence) targeting operational challenges in large corporate organizations, currently moving from proof of concept to implementation and piloting within Craftware and with enterprise clients.

• Solid architectural background designing large, multi-system business solutions
• Innovative mindset with motivation to develop novel solutions
• Practical understanding and up-to-date knowledge of AI trends and technologies
• Experience leading technical teams
• Willingness to engage in operational work including design, creation, PoCs, testing, and teamwork
• Understanding of product lifecycle and processes at each stage
• Effective communication skills with C-level clients and technical teams
• Ability to create, present, inspire with, and monitor the realization of vision
• Ability to critically evaluate ideas against feedback and market validation

Nice to have:

• Experience in product management
• Knowledge of finance, life sciences, or telecommunications industry processes
• Experience with corporate implementations
• Successful AI deployment experience, even small-scale

• Take ownership of product vision and backlog
• Lead the development team comprising developers and architects
• Make product and architectural decisions, including evaluating PoC results and defining implementation directions
• Achieve the first pilot deployment with a client
• Build commercialization models: licensing, pricing, and sales support for business units
• Collaborate with business unit directors
