Senior Java Developer

Devire Outsourcing IT is a B2B collaboration model for IT specialists, delivering projects for clients with innovative and modern technological initiatives. This role is for a leading international financial institution, one of the largest banks in Poland.

• Minimum 8 years of commercial experience in Java programming.
• Very good knowledge of Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• At least one year of experience working with production-deployed LLM solutions.
• Experience with frameworks like Spring AI and LangChain4j.
• Knowledge of agent architectures such as ReAct, MCP or similar.
• Experience integrating LLM models through APIs.
• Understanding of embeddings and vector databases.
• Knowledge of observability and security in AI solutions.
• Ability to conduct workshops and collaborate with various technical teams.
• Higher technical education, preferably in STEM fields.

• Designing and developing applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Integrating solutions based on LLM models.
• Creating and enhancing agent and multi-agent architectures supporting software production.
• Implementing and developing AI tools supporting software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Collaborating with development teams to identify and implement AI solutions.
• Leading workshops and providing technical consultations.
• Ensuring security, quality, and observability of AI solutions.
