Release Manager

• 5+ years in software development, project management, or IT operations, with strong emphasis on release management.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and automation processes.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and ITIL frameworks.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to resolve cross-team issues and make confident decisions under pressure.

• Plan, schedule, and track release schedules across multiple product lines and teams.
• Manage release pipelines and deployment automation, ensuring proper test environment provisioning.
• Identify and evaluate risks or dependencies and implement mitigation plans.
• Lead readiness reviews, manage deployment gates, and align QA and operations teams on guidelines.
• Oversee contingency and rollback procedures to address issues quickly.
• Track release metrics, gather feedback, and optimize delivery methodologies (CI/CD).
