Starszy Tester Manualny / Starsza Testerka Manualna

ASTEK Polska is hiring for a senior manual tester position located in Gdynia or Gdańsk, Poland, working 2 days from the office. The role involves working on international projects and cooperating closely with Scrum teams to ensure high-quality software solutions.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software testing.
• Experience testing web and mobile applications.
• Practical knowledge of API testing with Postman and Swagger.
• Experience in system tests of modern Web/Mobile applications.
• Familiarity with test management tools such as qTest or similar.
• Practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• ISTQB certification.
• Ability to independently conduct QA activities within a team.
• High attention to quality, detail, and problem-solving.
• Experience working in international environments and using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
• Very good communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with automated testing.
• Knowledge of PEGA platform.
• Familiarity with AI tools supporting testing.
• Experience working with SAFe methodology.
• Experience with cloud-based mobile testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack).

• Analyze requirements and design test scenarios and test cases.
• Plan, prepare, and execute manual tests.
• Analyze test results and recommend improvement actions.
• Collaborate with automation testers on regression testing.
• Work closely with the Scrum team to ensure high quality of delivered solutions.

Only candidates located in Gdynia or Gdańsk with availability to work 2 days in the office. The contract type is B2B.
