• Secondary vocational education in IT, specifically as a Technician in IT
• Technical education with focus on IT
• Practical knowledge of Windows Server administration and directory services (Active Directory)
• Ability to diagnose and repair hardware and network faults
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure cybersecurity
• Communication skills and ability to work effectively in a project team
• English language proficiency sufficient to use technical documentation
• Driving license category B

Nice to have:

• Practical knowledge of the object-oriented programming language C#
• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and Microsoft SQL Server environment
• Experience working with Visual Studio and GitLab

• Administer the domain environment (Active Directory), physical servers, file servers, MS SQL databases, and virtual environments (Hyper-V, VMware)
• Install, configure, and maintain PC-class hardware and server hardware
• Manage company LAN and WLAN networks with focus on performance and security
• Provide IT and technical support to employees
• Manage IT systems related to accounting software
• Support IT implementations of virtual control systems
• Adapt IT systems to current cybersecurity standards
• Collaborate with developers on designing, creating, and developing proprietary Windows applications supporting production processes
• Maintain and support production applications and MS SQL database systems in industrial settings
• Prepare and oversee technical documentation for projects and systems
