Cybersecurity Architect

• Master's degree
• Minimum 10 years of IT professional experience
• Minimum 8 years in a similar cybersecurity architect position
• Knowledge of cybersecurity recommendations, standards, methodologies, and frameworks
• Expertise in security architecture reference models and secure development lifecycle
• Understanding of cybersecurity-related requirements analysis, controls, solutions, risks, and threats
• Familiarity with legal, regulatory, and legislative compliance requirements
• Experience with Privacy-Enhancing Technologies (PET)
• Ability to conduct user and business requirements analysis
• Ability to draw architectural and functional specifications
• Designing cybersecurity systems based on security and privacy by design and by default principles
• Propose architectures based on stakeholder needs and budgets
• Select appropriate specifications, controls (e.g., cryptographic models, access control techniques)
• Build resilience against failure points
• Provide technological design leadership
• Lead security solutions integration
• Hold at least 4 of the following certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM, SABSA SCF, TOGAF Foundation, CNDA, CISSP-ISSAP, CGEIT, CRISC, SCPA, SCMA, TOGAF Certified, GSNA, GCCC, GPPA, or equivalent internationally recognized certification
• Very good knowledge of English (C1)

• Design and propose secure architecture aligned with organisational strategy
• Develop cybersecurity architecture addressing security and privacy requirements
• Produce architectural documentation and specifications
• Present high-level security architecture to stakeholders
• Establish secure environments during development life-cycle
• Lead development, integration, and maintenance of cybersecurity components
• Analyse and evaluate cybersecurity of the organisation’s architecture
• Assure security through reviews
• Collaborate with security personnel and teams to apply security principles
• Evaluate impact of cybersecurity solutions on design and performance
• Adapt security architecture to emerging threats
• Assess implemented architecture to maintain security level
• Perform market evaluation for solutions
• Evaluate security solutions via Proof of Concepts
• Design solutions including ITIL service design aspects
• Contribute to security architectural blueprint definition
• Integrate new solutions with existing frameworks
• Transition solutions to daily operations teams
• Balance technological opportunities with business requirements
• Maintain holistic view of organisation’s strategy, processes, and ICT assets
• Link business mission, strategy, and processes to ICT and Cyber Defence strategies
• Align security strategy and planning with business goals
• Streamline business processes and ensure consistent implementation
• Recommend resolutions and improvements
• Ensure technical solutions comply with standards
• Monitor technology development and integrate innovations
• Comply fully with regulatory requirements and Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy
