Junior Procurement Specialist (with English, late shifts)

• Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
• Availability to work in shifts (2-3 late shifts per week)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Student status or Bachelor's degree
• Good organizational and prioritization skills
• Previous experience in procurement, customer service, or administration is a plus

• Provide support to stakeholders and suppliers
• Process Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders
• Maintain procurement data in internal systems
• Track orders and manage purchasing documentation
• Ensure timely completion of daily tasks in line with SLAs
• Support process improvement initiatives
