Product Manager

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in debit/prepaid/credit cards, retail payments, or FinTech.
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, value proposition creation, customer journey, and acceptance metrics.
• Knowledge of regulatory environment and compliance.
• Experience in the Polish banking sector.
• Proficiency in English at C1 level (both spoken and written).
• Experience using Jira.

• Support the development and management of card product portfolios in the financial sector.
• Combine business and project management skills with expertise in card payments, customer journey, and product strategy.
• Collaborate on projects related to debit, credit, prepaid cards, and retail payment solutions in FinTech.
• Participate in project meetings in a hybrid work model with 2 days onsite in Katowice.
• Engage with documentation and tools such as Git, Gitflow, Angular, Docker.
