• Expert in Ruby and Ruby on Rails with 3+ years development experience
• Strong knowledge of relational database design, e.g. PostgreSQL
• Ability to implement client communication methods such as REST API and WebSockets
• Ability to implement various authentication methods including JWT, cookie-based auth, OAuth
• Experience with CI/CD, deployment tools, Docker, and Git
• Practical knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles
• Experience writing and maintaining automated tests using RSpec or similar frameworks
• Practical knowledge of non-relational databases, cache, and message broker systems
• Experience with code reviews
• Fluent written and spoken English and Polish
• Experience diagnosing and solving performance and optimization problems
• Ability to contribute to project architecture design incorporating scalability concepts
• Ability to solve complex problems and mentor other developers
• Ability to define and improve internal standards for maintainability and style

• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like Vue or React
• Experience with AWS or similar platforms
• Experience with Web Servers such as Nginx
