Wymagania
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related analytical field.
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data stewardship.
- 3+ years experience with mobile and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, BigQuery); loyalty program data experience is a strong plus.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL, analytical and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake.
- Solid understanding of data governance frameworks and privacy regulations, including GDPR.
- Analytical thinker balancing creativity with pragmatism.
- Excellent English communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer-focused problem solver collaborating across geographies.
- Passion for retail, loyalty programs, and emerging analytics techniques.
- Responsive team leader adaptable to evolving business needs.
Obowiązki
Roadmap & Strategy:
- Partner with the Group Product Manager to maintain data product vision, roadmap, and backlog with clear criteria and measurable outcomes.
- Translate business questions into metric definitions, data models, and scalable self-service data products.
Data Integration & Engineering Coordination:
- Collaborate with App & Web Architects to ensure accurate tagging of key user events in mobile apps (e.g., GA4).
- Coordinate with Data Engineering to integrate mobile apps and retail loyalty datasets for unified customer journey.
- Monitor data pipelines; investigate quality issues; implement automated validation, alerting, and remediation.
Governance & Compliance:
- Operationalize data governance, privacy, and security requirements.
- Maintain data catalog and lineage documentation.
- Define and enforce data contracts, SLAs, and schema-change processes with source teams.
Analytics & Insight Enablement:
- Deliver certified datasets for leadership dashboards and ad-hoc reporting.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to confirm data readiness.
- Validate data availability and quality with product managers for key business questions.
Continuous Improvement & Adoption:
- Identify opportunities to enrich datasets using internal and external sources.
- Track competitive benchmarks for mobile app performance and surface insights.
- Drive data-product adoption through enablement guides, demos, FAQs, feedback, and communication.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Data Product Specialists and Data Modelers.
