Commissioning Engineer (Emerson Ovation)

• Several years of experience in commissioning industrial or energy automation systems.
• Practical knowledge of the Emerson Ovation DCS system.
• Experience with performing loop checks, SAT, commissioning, and startup of installations.
• Experience with turbines is a plus.
• Knowledge of DCS control systems used in industrial plants.
• Very good English language skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Switzerland for several months or remotely with option for visits to Switzerland.

• Participate in commissioning and configuration of the Emerson Ovation 4.0 system.
• Perform loop checks between field devices and the DCS/Ovation system.
• Test and verify input/output (I/O) signals.
• Support commissioning of control systems for gas turbines.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to communication and automation system configuration.
• Prepare test documentation and report work progress.
