Salesforce Service Cloud Developer (Mid/Senior)

ITFS offers a remote working opportunity for a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer. The role focuses on Salesforce Customer Care solutions implemented using Agile methodology.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein AI and Agentforce, including configuration of agents and prompt templates
• Good knowledge of Salesforce Knowledge base configuration
• Strong programming skills in Apex and LWC
• Good knowledge of standard functions of the Service Cloud platform
• Communicative English language skills (minimum B2 level)

• Develop and configure the Salesforce platform
• Implement Salesforce Customer Care solutions following Agile methodology
• Create and optimize business logic using Apex and LWC components
• Configure advanced Salesforce Service Cloud functionalities and AI tools
