Application Support Engineer

• Technical education in automation, computer science, or related fields
• Several years of experience in technical software support
• Experience in customer support, both remote and onsite preferred
• Willingness to travel for international projects
• Basic programming knowledge and ability to write test scripts
• Experience with scripting languages such as Bash and Python
• Practical knowledge of Linux systems and command line usage (mandatory)
• Ability to communicate clearly, attention to detail, patience, and problem-solving mindset
• Very good command of Polish and English languages; knowledge of other European languages is a plus

• Manage integration projects for Envipco clients in the EU, collaborating with EU Support and R&D teams
• Serve as the first technical contact for clients regarding software integration and testing
• Test new software versions, including proprietary machine software and operating systems
• Coordinate and support deployment of new software versions
• Translate client needs into tasks for the R&D team (e.g. backlog, sprints)
• Analyze and resolve issues remotely or via phone with support teams
• Support pilot project launches within the EU
• Collect client feedback and recommend product improvements
• Continuously expand knowledge of new product solutions to ensure service quality
