Wymagania
- Basic knowledge of operating and configuring workstations and office devices.
- Understanding of fundamental networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Initial experience in configuring devices with the Android system.
- Participation in project or implementation teams.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to develop, and initiative in seeking improvements.
- Communicative knowledge of the English language.
Nice to have:
- Experience as an IT Helpdesk or service technician in a user support team.
- Good knowledge of Helpdesk operations.
- Experience working with ticketing systems.
Obowiązki
- Support users in solving problems related to computer hardware, telecommunication devices, and software.
- Register, monitor, and coordinate support tickets, including forwarding them to appropriate departments.
- Install, configure, and administer software.
- Provide assistance with IT tools and systems.
- Perform IT tasks assigned by supervisors.
- Continuously develop skills and competencies within a team of specialists and experts.
