• Very good knowledge of Polish (C1/C2) and Dutch (minimum B2).
• Communicative in English (minimum B2).
• Some experience or willingness to develop in Service Desk and IT support.
• Experience with shift work in a 24/7 system is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with users and team members.
• Positive attitude, motivation, responsibility, reliability, and punctuality.

• Provide user support via phone, chat, and email.
• Register, prioritize, and route support tickets to appropriate teams.
• Offer step-by-step remote assistance.
• Maintain regular communication with managers and users.
• Diagnose and solve hardware, software, and network problems.
• Propose improvements to processes and customer service.
• Create and update knowledge base entries.
• Adhere to security policies.
