Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years experience as Technical Project Manager, IT Delivery Manager or Tech Lead in digital environment
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and effective technology project management
- Understanding of system architecture, API, integrations, CI/CD, and IT security aspects
- Ability to analyze logs, performance metrics, and monitoring data
- Experience working with development teams and building trust
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Grafana, Kibana
- Experience in CRM area
Nice to have:
- Project management certifications (PMI, AgilePM), digital technology or IT architecture
- Experience managing technology budgets
- Skills in managing technical backlog (refactoring, technical debt, code quality)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
Obowiązki
- Collaborate and develop software closely with Product Owner and development teams
- Plan and coordinate implementation of technological initiatives
- Manage technological dependencies between teams and roadmaps
- Support teams in technical analysis, architecture design, and system integrations
- Monitor technical quality of implemented solutions (performance, security, availability)
- Cooperate with DevOps, security, infrastructure, and architecture teams
- Communicate with technical and business stakeholders translating complex technical matters into benefit-oriented language
- Support platform development in the model of "platform as a product"
