Java Developer

PKO Finat Sp. z o.o. is hiring a Java Developer for their offices located at Chmielna 89, Warszawa. The job involves developing backend systems in a microservices architecture with a focus on quality standards and modern technologies.

• Minimum 4 years of backend development experience in Java 11+.
• Excellent knowledge of Spring Boot, microservices architecture, CI/CD, and design patterns.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (GCP, OpenShift).
• Experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD), hexagonal architecture, and API-first development using REST and Swagger.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Istio, Dynatrace).
• Ability to create libraries and shared components such as Spring Boot starters.
• Proactive attitude with focus on quality and influencing team work standards.

• Developing and maintaining backend microservices and platform libraries.
• Building reference implementations of microservices architectures.
• Creating and promoting technical standards and best practices.
• Conducting proof of concept (PoC) for new technology solutions.
• Actively supporting product teams with code reviews, workshops, and mentoring.
• Improving developer environment including CI/CD pipelines and cloud tools.
