IT Analyst - Software Lifecycle Management

• Experience in Software Asset Lifecycle Management (SALM) and good knowledge of software lifecycle management processes.
• Good knowledge of hardware and software technologies, IT architecture, software development processes, and IT Governance principles.
• Independence, proactive approach, and problem-solving orientation.
• Very good communication skills and experience collaborating with application owners and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with FlexeraOne or other Software Asset Management (SAM) / IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions is a strong advantage.
• Good knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Very good command of English spoken and written.
• Ability to effectively collaborate in a team.

Nice to have:

• Practical experience with Flexera solutions such as FlexNet Manager Suite, Data Platform, or FlexeraOne modules (ITAM, ITV).
• Additional experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) and software lifecycle management.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills and experience in building effective relationships with stakeholders, application owners, and team members.

• Maintaining and developing the Software Lifecycle area for assigned business segments (Service Areas).
• Ensuring availability, quality, and currency of data related to software lifecycle.
• Supporting application owners and business teams in analyzing the impact of outdated software on IT environment.
• Identifying risks related to the use of outdated software and recommending corrective and risk-limiting actions.
• Advising on best practices in software lifecycle management.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure compliance with software lifecycle requirements.
• Preparing reports and analyses on the software lifecycle status.
• Participating in audits related to software lifecycle management and supporting subsequent actions.
