Senior NetApp Storage Engineer

DCG is a recruitment company focusing on recruitment projects and support for partners across various locations in Poland, including Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, and Łódź.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience with NetApp file storage solutions
• Proficiency in NetApp storage (CIFS, NFS) in MetroCluster setup
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory
• Experience with Distributed File System (DFS)
• Understanding of file share security, access rights, and cyber threat protection
• Understanding of backup for file shares using NetBackup DNAS protocol
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and solution architecture
• Understanding of data center networking
• Experience in disaster recovery scenarios
• Experience in file storage migration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written

• Experience with OPSWAT
• Experience with DataDobi StorageMAP

• Support deployment and configuration of new storage platform
• Assist in solution design and technical documentation
• Plan and execute file storage migration activities
• Provide technical guidance for data inventory and cleanup initiatives
• Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve storage-related issues
• Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and security teams
• Provide technical support for storage solution replacement
• Support installation and configuration activities
• Support documentation of solution design
• Support data migration to the new platform
• Provide technical support for unstructured data inventory and cleanup
