Test Manager

• Experience in Test Management or QA.
• Knowledge of test processes and defect management.
• Experience coordinating tests in project environments.
• Very good organizational and communication skills.
• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager and Agile or Scrum certification.
• Knowledge of tools for test and defect management.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Jira.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the testing process.
• Manage system, integration, regression, and UAT tests.
• Prepare test documentation and quality reports.
• Manage the test team and cooperate with stakeholders.
• Monitor quality, manage defects and test risks.
• Participate in project acceptance and improve test processes.
