System Analyst

• Minimum 8 years of experience in system analysis and IT solution design
• Higher education in STEM fields
• Strong knowledge of microservice architecture, REST API, and event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Ability to model processes and solutions using UML, BPMN
• Experience designing integrations between systems
• Proficient in SQL and data modeling
• Very good command of Git with experience in GitFlow
• Daily use of VS Code, GitHub Copilot, and AI tools
• Experience building and using AI agents
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and effective prompt creation
• Understanding of AI orchestrators
• Familiarity with AI Factory / GenAI Factory and AI implementation processes

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system architecture
• Design IT solutions and integrations between systems
• Collaborate with business, architectural, and development teams
• Utilize AI tools to increase personal and team productivity
• Work with code, repositories, and support development teams
• Identify problems and propose optimal solutions
• Act as a subject matter leader and mentor for other analysts
• Design solutions rather than only documentation
• Use GitHub Copilot, AI agents, and automation daily
