Technical Project Manager (AI/LLM)

The project covers the full lifecycle of AI/LLM based solutions including architecture design, AI model implementation and integration, production deployment, and maintenance. It involves services such as translation, transcription, semantic search, and GPU/token usage billing (cross-charging).

• Minimum 4–5 years experience as a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Product Owner.
• Practical experience managing projects with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience deploying solutions based on LLM and speech processing models (e.g., Whisper).
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
• Experience working with AI/ML, DevOps, and Security teams.
• Familiarity with container environments Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate with technical and business teams effectively.
• Good command of the English language.

Nice to have:

• Experience with vLLM, Ollama, or Triton Inference Server.
• Knowledge of GPU infrastructure and AI model deployment.
• Experience with public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with SaaS/PaaS solutions and billing systems.
• Experience integrating with financial-accounting systems.
• Knowledge of GDPR (RODO) and AI Act regulations.

• Managing AI implementation projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Planning, coordination, and oversight of the entire project lifecycle.
• Collaboration with AI/ML, DevOps, Security, and Software Development teams.
• Managing schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinating implementations of solutions based on LLM and speech processing technologies.
• Supporting architecture design of solutions using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and language models.
• Coordinating integrations with business and financial-accounting systems.
• Supervising production deployment and maintenance phases.
• Ensuring project compliance with security requirements, GDPR (RODO), and AI Act.
