- Fluency in German or Spanish (spoken and written) and English
- Previous experience in Helpdesk, IT support, or customer service
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, including browsers, email clients, and web-based tools
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Obowiązki
- Provide Level 1 IT support in German/English via phone and email
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Handle user inquiries related to web tools and platforms
- Deliver professional, empathetic, and effective customer service
