• Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Consultant in SAP SD or in Application Support.
• Good knowledge of business processes in the SAP SD module (orders, shipments, invoicing, pricing).
• Practical knowledge of the SAP S/4HANA system.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level (work in an international environment).

• Provide ongoing user support (Application Support / Maintenance) in the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve system incidents and problems (2nd and 3rd line support).
• Monitor and optimize sales and distribution processes in the SAP S/4HANA system.
• Create and update technical and functional documentation.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement minor changes (Change Requests).
