The role supports cross-functional teams delivering data, analytics and AI-enabled solutions within the DataNet ecosystem. It operates within a SAFe-based environment and focuses on stabilizing, coaching, and developing agile delivery teams following organizational changes or growth.
Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master or Team Coach in IT development teams applying Scrum.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience implementing and establishing Scrum processes, Scrum events and agile governance mechanisms.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience designing and optimising Jira structures for agile development organisations, including backlog structures, workflows and governance mechanisms.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience stabilising or further developing agile teams following team growth, role changes or organisational transformations.
- German language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- Scrum Master certification (PSM I, PSM II or CSM) and a SAFe framework certification (SSM, SASM or SA) are both mandatory and must be provided as evidence.
- Additional desirable experience (minimum 5 years): establishing scalable ways of working and clear role models in growing agile teams; coaching and enabling Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches; collaborating with Release Train Engineers or performing responsibilities at the Agile Release Train level; preparing, facilitating or improving cross-team alignment and planning events within scaled agile organisations.
Obowiązki
- Coach and support development teams in continuous improvement of agile ways of working.
- Coach and enable Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches in the practical application of Scrum and agile methodologies.
- Advise Product Owners, development teams and stakeholders on effective collaboration and agile delivery models.
- Clarify roles, responsibilities and expectations between Product Owners, teams and stakeholders.
- Facilitate and resolve conflicts within teams and across organisational interfaces.
- Establish, implement and continuously improve Scrum processes, artifacts and routines.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
- Promote transparency, accountability and ownership within agile teams.
- Identify and remove impediments and support sustainable problem resolution.
- Analyse team performance and working practices to improve collaboration and delivery effectiveness.
- Support Product Owners in backlog management, prioritisation and stakeholder communication.
- Coach team members on self-organisation, ownership and continuous improvement.
- Identify and manage team-level and cross-team risks, dependencies and conflicts.
- Advise teams on applying Scrum within a SAFe environment and on collaboration across Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
- Support Release Train Engineers (RTEs) on agile governance, coordination and organisational topics.
- Facilitate cross-team planning, alignment and collaboration activities in scaled agile organisations.
