Wymagania

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience with Time & Attendance solutions, particularly WorkForce Software.
  • Practical knowledge of HR processes and HR systems.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating into system solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with additional HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) is an advantage.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

Obowiązki

  • Partner with global stakeholders to understand business processes and translate requirements into HRIS solutions focused on WorkForce Software.
  • Collaborate with HR experts, IT teams, and project stakeholders to analyze, design, and enhance HR technology solutions related to time & attendance and workforce scheduling.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test scenarios, executing test cases, and documenting results.
  • Investigate and resolve system issues ensuring compliance with governance and best practices.
  • Support implementation, onboarding, and continuous improvement of a global Total Workforce Management solution.
  • Create and maintain process documentation for consistency and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR systems landscape.
