Wymagania

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, IT, Marketing, Sales, or related fields
  • Professional experience in a B2B environment within international organizations
  • Strong communication skills in English and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proactive and engaged mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions
  • Strong experience in gathering and managing requirements in complex IT environments
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional and international teams
  • Solid understanding of User-Centered Design principles
  • Hands-on experience in Requirements Engineering for SAP SD
  • Experience with SAP CC, Salesforce and/or EDI integrations is a strong plus
  • Practical experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe
  • High level of ownership, responsibility, and attention to quality
  • Collaborative, self-driven, and solution-oriented approach

Obowiązki

  • Capturing, analyzing, and prioritizing customer and business requirements in a structured way
  • Designing and customizing user-centric solutions aligned with customer expectations
  • Assessing the impact of requirements on business processes and supporting decision-making
  • Collaborating closely with teams responsible for eCommerce, CRM, and CIAM solutions (e.g. SAP CC, Salesforce)
