Frontend Developer (AI focus)

Rite NRG is an outsourcing technology company dedicated to empowering businesses through innovative software solutions. They focus on building strong partnerships and delivering impactful results for clients. The project involves frontend development of an advanced, AI-powered wealth management platform tailored for private wealth trust managers.

• Extensive production experience with Angular and TypeScript, with strong understanding of reactivity models, state handling, and change detection.
• Versatile skills across UI implementation, state architecture, developer tooling, testing, and modern build pipelines.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, take high-level concepts, ask the right questions, and make defensible technical trade-offs.
• Strong opinions on frontend design patterns and clean code practices, combined with collaborative flexibility.
• Hands-on experience with automated development pipelines, including API client generation (codegen) and strict linting/formatting.
• Fluency in Polish and advanced command of English (B2/C1) for international communication.

Nice to have:

• Experience building complex data visualization tools, interactive dashboards, or custom charting solutions.
• Background in FinTech, wealth management, or domain-heavy SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with event-driven frontend architectures or real-time data streaming.

• End-to-end delivery of frontend features, collaborating closely with product and design teams to balance user experience with technical feasibility.
• Architect and evolve a highly scalable, clean codebase designed for long-term maintainability without technical debt.
• Write elegant, self-explanatory, and robust production code, prioritizing clean simplicity.
• Set up, optimize, and maintain automated end-to-end (E2E) testing suites.
• Incorporate AI coding assistants (such as Claude Code) into engineering workflow, guiding and validating AI-generated output.
• Participate in code reviews, technical grooming, and architectural alignment sessions while upholding high engineering standards.
• Optimize frontend performance, focusing on predictability and speed of AI-driven real-time interactions.
