Wymagania

  • 7+ years of professional experience in Combat design, Gameplay Design, Technical Design, AI Design or related discipline.
  • Shipped at least two PC or console titles, including ownership of a significant gameplay feature from concept to release.
  • Strong experience designing stealth gameplay, combat gameplay or both.
  • Deep understanding of player agency, gameplay readability, encounter design, and moment-to-moment pacing.
  • Experience designing NPC behaviors, enemy archetypes, and AI-driven gameplay systems.
  • Practical experience working directly in Unreal Engine.
  • Strong knowledge of Blueprints, Behavior Trees, State Trees, or equivalent gameplay scripting solutions.
  • Hands-on approach to gameplay implementation, not just documentation.
  • Ability to define and drive long-term vision of complex gameplay systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, comfortable with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to balance creative vision with technical constraints and production realities.
  • Experience creating concise, actionable gameplay documentation.
  • Ownership mindset.
  • Communication skills in English and Polish (minimum B2 level).

Nice to have:

  • Portfolio with examples of combat mechanics, enemy archetypes, AI behaviours, combat systems, hands-on implementation, and illustration of design process and problem-solving approach.

Obowiązki

  • Own the design and quality of stealth and combat systems.
  • Responsible for NPC behaviours, enemy archetypes, encounters, and combat spaces.
  • Drive features from concept to final polish.
  • Collaborate closely with gameplay and AI programmers, animation, level design, UI/UX, VFX, audio, and production teams.
  • Balance the moment-to-moment gameplay loop.
