Architekt BPM / Ferryt / Workflow / Enterprise Architecture

People More is a technology company originating from one of the oldest interactive agencies in Poland - Insignia, with over four years of experience. They build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or partly for clients domestically and internationally, offering a variety of projects worldwide.

• Several years of experience as an Architect, Expert, or Team Leader in the area of BPM platforms.
• Practical experience implementing workflow systems.
• Very good knowledge of the Ferryt platform, including process design, user interface creation, data modeling, and integration with external systems.
• Ability to prepare technical documentation and conduct architectural reviews.
• Independence, responsibility, and ability to make technical decisions.
• Good organizational skills and teamwork abilities.
• Very good command of the Polish language.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of corporate architecture and BPM platform governance.
• Experience defining technological standards for enterprise-class environments.
• Knowledge of the English language.

• Designing and developing the architecture of the Ferryt platform and co-creating its long-term development strategy.
• Defining technological standards, architectural patterns, and best practices for security, monitoring, configuration, and governance of the platform.
• Designing processes, data models, user interfaces, and integrations with external systems.
• Creating technical documentation and conducting architectural reviews.
• Supporting implementation and development projects of workflow systems based on the Ferryt platform.
• Independently executing assigned tasks and providing substantive support to team members.
