Senior ServiceNow Developer

Our client is a global IT services company specializing in managing and modernizing business-critical systems and platforms for enterprise customers, including cloud, mainframe, and hybrid environments.

• Senior / Expert-level experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong ServiceNow development experience within ITSM.
• Hands-on experience with Domain Separation, Scripted APIs, and Workspaces in ServiceNow.
• Excellent command of English (C1 level) for full collaboration in English.
• Comfortable working in international environments and collaborating with stakeholders and teams from different countries and cultures.

• Design and implement ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform that meet business and operational needs.
• Build and maintain custom configurations, including work with domain separation, scripted APIs and workspaces.
• Improve existing ServiceNow ITSM modules by adding new features and optimizing existing functionality.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, engineers, and stakeholders in the USA and the UK to refine requirements and propose technical approaches.
• Support the team in troubleshooting issues in production and staging environments, identifying root causes and proposing fixes.
