Engineering Manager - Workload Management

• At least 6 years’ line management experience with a software engineering background.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes and cloud native technologies.
• Proven ability to lead delivery across complex, real-world engineering challenges.
• Experience mentoring engineers and supporting career development.
• Strong communication skills, including working with senior stakeholders.
• Experience planning Agile work, managing priorities, risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Lead and mentor engineers building Graphcore’s Kubernetes ecosystem for AI compute hardware integration.
• Own delivery, quality assurance, and team development.
• Shape priorities, remove blockers, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Set direction through clarity, coaching, and sound judgement.
• Manage planning of Agile work, including managing priorities, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Foster collaboration with Platform Engineering, AI, and Software Engineering teams.
